I became obsessed with business management when I worked for small law firms after graduating from college. Experiencing the ins-and-outs of a business up close truly inspired me to later get my MBA. I wanted to build upon the good and learn best practices to change the things that weren't so good.

After transitioning professionally to higher education, I held leadership positions of my own and advised + built various reports for university administrators, adding to my first-hand experience of the hefty mental and emotional responsibility leaders are tasked with.

But it wasn't until after starting my own business coaching founders and emerging leaders that I realized traditional leadership advice caps leadership potential and outcomes. Traditional advice that only considers the physical, mental, and even emotional levels of leadership, when done the wrong way, leads to groupthink, erodes trust, produces reactive and short-term thinking, underperformance, leadership blind spots and so many other issues.

In my 15+ years of work experience and 3+ years as a business owner, I've come to realize the next phase of leadership isn't just about the data, but merging it with spiritual intelligence, which leads from purpose, honors the individual gifts of the leader, and inspires the workforce to their highest potential.
